Items, villagers, animals and mobs despawning and respawning and not being able to pick items up.

Villagers will despawn and suddenly respawn. Had a mod I was fighting suddenly despawn and respawn. Notived that captured animal(s) do the same. Unable to retrieve items (fully) from the bonus chest and destoried blocks(using correct tool).
