Weird lava graphic glitch.

I was checking out the aquatic update features and all of the sudden this monstrosity popped in my face it looks like lava sometimes water I don't know how to reproduce it but I'll put a small video of it , seed and coordinate as well. Seed 306959825 ,coordinate -71, 104, 4870.
