Depth Strider III by default in [EX] Survival Worlds

In survival worlds with "Experimental Mode" turned on, players can run accross rivers and lakes with little to no resistance by default. Usually this type of frictionless movement in water would require a depth strider enchantment.

Not sure if this is intended or not. If intended, then the depth strider enchantment is meaningless now and should be replaced by a more useful enchantment for boots... preferably Speed I & II or Jump I & II
