Classic UI tooltips missing from inventory and chest items

When using Classic UI, tooltips are missing from all inventory and chest items.

When confronted with multiple identical items (such as maps, spell books, weapons, etc.) in your inventory or in a chest, it is now impossible to know which is which. “Is that spell book Fire Aspect I or Respiration II?” Please reinstate tooltips for all inventory items.
