Bugs on MCPE / Windows 10 Servers

Just updated to 1.2.13 and when I go onto servers, now there is music playing constantly whilst in game even when I set the music setting to off, the eating sound has changed to the drinking sound, there is no sound when you shoot an arrow from the bow and there is no explosion sounds from explosions

This really frustrating
