Placing Blocks on a realm since 1.2.13 is very difficult now

When trying to place blocks and strafing or walking backward and holding the place button results in every other block getting deleted. this is a very frustrating issue. We now have to place blocks one at a time and more slowly than ever before. This is only an issue on realms or for a remote client to someone else's world.

This was not an issue before 1.2.13 This issue exists for XBOX and windows 10 clients.
