MCPE 1.2.14: Why aren't the fish mobs available in Bedrock Edition?

Even though the fish mobs are to be included in 1.2.14, I still cannot find the mob eggs nor their entity IDs within the '/summon' command. Is this meant to be Java Edition-exclusive? Or is it just because of the fact that they have not yet been fully implemented?

Please make the fish mobs available in Bedrock!
