Purchases lost after minecraft update 1.2.13

3 weeks ago, I bought 3500 coins via Apple app store. With these coins I purchased 2 worldpacks and still had about 2000 coins left. Everything went well I yesterday, when minecraft was updated to version 1.2.13. After this update, my purchases and my leftover minecoins are gone. I can't enter the worlds I created with the worldpacks I bought 3 weeks ago. They are locked and to enter them, I get the message I have to buy the world again.
I don't have an X-box or minecraft account, so I'm playing minecraft locally on my ipad. Today I have installed version 1.2.14, hoping the issue would be solved and my purchases and coins would be back, but without any result. How can I get my purchases and coins back, without paying twice!? Kind regards, Eryn.
