Can't fill wooden_slab upper version

Since last update on 04.04.2018 I'm not able to place wooden_slab with data values greater 4 by fill command, i.e: /fill 10 100 10 20 100 20 wooden_slab 8

Data Values less than 4 are working.I tried the same with stone_slab without any problems, And I could also place wooden_slab upper manually.
