the fish are gone,cant spawn them and ther are no fish in the big bodys of water, where did thay go?

I saw my brother swimming with fish and I said how did you get fish, I did not have any in my world,
what I expected was fish swimming and coral reefs

what actually happened is that there where no fish

2.look for coral and fish
