[Fixed] Bow is in wrong hand

When you hold and charge a bow , it is in the wrong hand . This makes is really hard to aim.
I found this bug right after 1.2.14, and I searched. It is also in the experimental gameplay. And ex-gameplay is off, to. It was in creative , and survival.
May be a duplicated of MCPE 32087.
