When turning screen, it glitches and prevents the screen from turning.

When I’m building or just trying to turn my person, the screen glitches and prevents me from turning the screen. I have to try multiple times to turn my screen and it is very annoying. This glitch has been happening on my Samsung tablet for about the last three versions and just started on my iPhone for the 1.2.11 version.
