Animated Textures Fade
All in-game animated textures fade from one pixel to the next. This is okay on most blocks, but looks bad when making something that's supposed to abruptly change, like a stop light.
The best way to solve this would be to add a "fade:true/false" tag in the "flipbook_textures.json" file so we can choose to have fading or abrupt animated textures per block.
