Can't move my camera around and more read this it's really annoying when the bug happens

When I'm mining and when I'm moving my camera on my Android device it gets stuck and when I let go of my screen that circle line doesn't go away and when the circle is on a block or entity my character starts to punch I can still move and stuff but sometimes I when I stop pressing the arrow to go forward my character won't stop going forward
