gui scale lower than 3

I cannot lower my gui scale under Gui:3.00 if the game is on fullscreen (windowned or fullscreened) on half screen it can go lover

I need to explain
on the top of the screenshot I uploaded you can see that the GUI is at numbet 3
if I start the game Guy scaile is set to 4 the if i put the scaile modifier to -1 it sets gui scaile to 3 and there is no -2 option and I want my gui to be size of 2! like I had it before

please fix this it looks bad on 17inch 1920x1080 laptop display
