Losing a bought product after receiving it before

So I bought a world template of 830mc coins and one for 160 I played on them 1/11/18. Then I took a break from minecraft and came back 3/24/18 and my templates are gone I don't know where they went. Sorry I don't have a screenshot because I don't know how to have Xbox screen shots on my computer.
