build you own castle-not creating structers when materials are supplied.

I have provided the material to build the keep and the tailor shop but they have not been built. I even went out and gathered more mats but that did not work. I also rebuted my computor to see if it was just a clitch. the light is on saying that it has been completed but the srtuctures are not there. frustrated please help
