Crashes when offline in 1.2.13 beta

I've reported this bug before back in the 1.1 beta and it still crashes I got proof (I use Mobile Data) so I turn off mobile data and it crashes (for this version) remember kids, if you want to play Minecraft with mobile data select the option to (I use a LG K10)
