Players are ~2 blocks tall instead of 1.85 blocks tall

This doesn't appear to affect hitboxes, but players (and zombies, etc) are just above 2 blocks tall visually in Bedrock Edition, as opposed to 1.85 blocks tall as in Java Edition.
