Armor stand issue

I cant place armor stand on a block in survival, Ive got 2 of it, tapping on a block to place like i was in creative mode, (the item on the hotbar reacts as I place it then afterwards the armor stand that I am attempting to place was gone.. Myphone My28s underlined text
