Sprint wireless can’t connnect to Comcast/Xfinity

If someone is playing on sprint 4G they are unable to join my game. I use Xfinity Broadband, hard wired. Open NAT type.

Not sure how fixable this is, if even. But the person who is using Sprint 4G can never connect to Comcast users.
