command blocks do not render properly in city texture pack

the first image is of a impulse command block. but when you look at it at certain angels it looks like a chain command block. and the same thing with the chain command block (second image)
and a similar thing happens in the inventory ( impulse on the left and chain on the right )
this is in the city texture pack.
