The new minecraft better together

On Xbox one my world that ive had for 7 years now still will not convert from the old minecraft to the new one plz handle this bug already its very annoying i wanna see my world on the new game but i cant if the game keeps crashing at 87% and trust me this is still happening ive already tried everything so plz fix this already btw its currently the v1.2.11
