Filled water buckets not placed in inventory in Creative Mode

In 1.2.10, filling an empty bucket from a water source block in Creative mode placed a filled water bucket into inventory. In 1.2.11, this no longer happens.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In Creative mode, place an empty bucket on your hotbar and select it.
2. Right-click the bucket on a water source block.
   Expected results:
   A filled water bucket is placed into an empty slot in your inventory.
   Actual results:
   Your inventory is unchanged after the operation.
