CAN NOT DOWNLOAD COPY OF REALM

I keep trying to download my realm copy and it always fails and im getting very frustrated. im trying to download a copy so i can activate cordinates without enabling cheats. please fix this. im tired of getting "bug fixes" when they literally dont fix anything. We cant even have a simple mob farm or wither skulls because the spawns just dont work or theyre extremely messed up.
