Game crashing while trying to change texture pack resolution

Okay so trying to change texture pack resolution crashes the game. Dont really know what is causing it but started after signing into beta.

Steps:
1.activate texture pack of choice while making a world
2.if it has more than one resolution try to change it.
3.crash...well for me it does.

I in time of crashing tried two times with the same texture pack: PureBDCraft.
