1.13 Minecraft snapshot bubbles glitch

Hi
I was messing around with the new snapshot and discovered if there are bubbles in the water next to a ladder then the water will glitch and be invisible from the side that the ladder is on!
I just found out that when I get the water to show, the bubbles don't work and when the bubbles work, the water looks glitched from certain angles
