[Resolved] Mining beacon with silk touch drops two beacons

(FYI, I used search) once I was playing around with silk touch and beacon, and when I destroyed the beacon with silk touch it dropped two. I believe I saw a bug on this bug tracker once ,that many have had to do with this bug and some other bugs ,but I can’t find it.
