could not find my bugs

issue # 1 eyes of ender do not go to end portals. have tried in survival and creative mode. eyes go to room with stone slab arch and stop in wall. like end portals are not generating.

issue # 2 game does not pause correctly because player shouldn't die with game paused.

issue # 3 random block lighting problem in tunnels . blocks on one side are darker than normal and sometimes a section to dark all over

issue # 4 single side or both side piston doors stop working at random using levers, redstone with or without using repeaters

issue # 5 can't put carpet in front of chest with a item frame on it
