64 Stack will not transfer in and out of inventory in chunks.

On both the iPhone and iPad the hold to transfer more than 1 item does not work into and out of chests. This takes forever. I have deleted the game, shut the device down, and redownloaded. This does not work. I have waited for it to be fixed, assuming others having the issue, but this still has not been addressed.
