'tile.movingBlock.name' error block??

i made an 'automatic' piston based cobblestone maker machine and i just happened to get a block which had moving block which i know isn't a block that you can freely get in Minecraft. or wasn't when i last checked.
when i first saw the block out of the corner of my eye, admittedly it scared me. i thought it was a deformed creeper
