Purchased content lost, store does not recognize it as previously bought

Logged in and had an error message pop up. I didn't get the the chance to read it, but when I logged into my world, I found the Natural texture pack I've had for two years now was deleted. I went to the store to reinstall it, only to find that it doesn't recognize that I had already purchased the pack, What the hell?
