Cannot buy minecraft coins from this PC but I can from another in the same room

I have 2 xbox gammer accounts. I was able to successfully purchase coins for one but not the other. Both PCs are in the same room. The only error message I get is "Check your internet connection" which doesn't make any sense since I can connect to games on the minecraft server from both PCs.
