PLEASE RE-ADD (For JAVA NOT WINDOWS 10)

I know this is not a bug,i put this on here because i knew it was the only way to see it, but it is really irritating.
Please, please please, re-implement the /testforblock command.
The new execute command is way too complicated, and does not work with command blocks.
