Cant move inventory quickly in bedrock

I have a Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime 2. In previous editions, I could hold down an item in my inventory, calling up a progress bar and allowing me to transfer up to an entire stack between my inventory and a chest's, for example. Since the last update, though the green bad still comes up when I hold down on a stack in my inventory, it only allows me to transfer one item at a time, even if I hold it down until the progress bar is at maximum. This is not just true for chests but for any situation where I am attempting to transfer inventory, e.g, furnaces, etc.
