Texture/visual glitch

I experienced this bug/glitch earlier. MCPE android version 1.2.9.1 Samsung Galaxy J3 Luna. I respawned in a single player world, and this visual glitch would move around me. If I looked up at the sky it disappeared but it came back when I would look straight or down. Relogging seemed to fix the issue.
