Torches do not emit particles correctly and have an improper model when placed on walls

Torches placed on walls are like parallelograms rather than being properly tilted. They also do not emit particles correctly eg. Particles emit in short bursts rather than constantly like in the java edition. These issues have however been fixed in java as of 1.8 and are currently present in bedrock edition across all platforms
