White screen when launching app

When I launch the app, all that I get is a white screen unless I am not using WiFi. I’m pretty angry because it’s been about 3 months that this is going on and when I have WiFi on the game just doesn’t load and all that I see the whole time is a white screen. I’ve tried to delete the app but it still doesn’t work and now I’ve just lost all of my worlds. Please fix
