Multiple items can not be transferred to or from chest, furnaces, ect.

After the recent update, I was not able to move more than one item to or from chest, furnaces, etc. This has made it especially hard to transfer stacks of items. If I press the item and hold and let the green line go to the end it just transfers one item.
