Invisible or Black Fire

When I first used a lava bucket, I accidently burned some trees. The fire was invisible burning all the trees. Then another time fire looked like black squares.but now the fire animation works fine, but there is one thing in need of tweeking. The fire shoukd stay burning on netherak bricks like it should.
