My Minecraft Windows Edition will not update to the 1.9.2 update or function properly.

According to everyone else. they've been updated to the 1.9.2 update but my Windows 10 won't get that update. I went to the app store and it's in a category called "Doesn't work on this device." Is there any way for you to update it to the newest version.
