Stacked items will not split, select entire stack, but will move one of item.

Tablet is a nextbook 7" in blue. Issue occurs when using touchscreen: When a stack of an item is held, they do not split, select all, but will transfer one item when moved to a container. Containers tried are workbench, kiln, small and large boxes. I have not cleared cache yet.
