Item tooltips/descriptions do not appear when item selected in inventory (Classic UI). Only appears in hotbar when item is first selected.

When I click on item in my inventory the description for the item does not appear (item's name and if enchanted the enchanted don't appear either). The information will appear for items in hotbar.
