Fire placed next to TNT burns it

What I expected to happen was...:
Fire would spread to the TNT and blow it up

What actually happened was...:
When the fire spread to the TNT it destroyed the TNT

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place TNT
2.Use flint and steel to place fire on a block next to it
