Shop in market before coins

i have buy plastic texture before new market with coins, but actually i can use that only in pc and not in Pocket edition. Other texture (purecraft for example) i have buy with coins, and i can use it with PE and W10 edition. How i can play plastic on pocket edition? it will be fixed?
