Why won't it transport 64?

{{_A bug that has happend to me quite recently is that when I hold down an item instead of transporting 64 it only does one at a time!!! Just a heads up, minecraft Wii U edition changed there horses, their legs are straight and look like giraffes, please don't change it in PE!
