"Block placement" and "switch throwing" no longer work!

It seems that most of the "building" functtions within the game just quit working. Can I re-install the game through your site or can you fix it via the Internet. I just purchased it through the Microsoft Store on Jan. 15 of this year (4 days ago). It worked fine for 3.5 days!

I would really like to get this problem "solved" as soon as possible.
