Apple TV version freezes at startup

On a clean install of tvOS with no other apps installed. You launch the game, you can see the announcement for news and livestream, but nothing moves.

After 5-10 minutes, if you had pressed the 'A' button during this time, you will hear a 'click' and the screen will change as if going to the next menu. It stops there and nothing moves anymore.

I tried disconnecting the iCloud/Game Center account, changing the language of the Apple TV (was initially in french) and even did a complete restore of the system. Nothing worked. My location is in Canada...if it changes anything.

PS: I wrote the version as being "1.2.9.1" because your system says that the actual Apple TV version (1.1.5) does not exist.
