Vindicators axe off there hand

When i spawn a vindicator in survival the vindicator axe is not on there hand correctly and its a bug and the axe it still there on the vindicator and the other thing is can you fix the brows drop file attach it say jira could not attach the file as there was a missing token in bugs.mojang.com
