Ender Chest bug still not fixed

I use a EnderChest to store some of my stuff. So to pick it up I use a SILK touch diamond pickaxe. I get the EnderChest back but along with 8 obsidian. This is very annoying I have reported this bug before but it was not fixed. So it would be very kind of you if you were to fix it soon. Thank you so much!
